FAQ
Questions patients ask
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Both work. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Booking ahead on WhatsApp or by phone means you are seen at a fixed time rather than waiting, which matters most in the evenings.
Can I ask about a problem before coming in?
Yes. We offer online consultation — message us on WhatsApp describing the problem and send a photo if you can, and we will tell you whether it needs a visit and how urgent it is. Anything needing an examination, an X-ray or treatment has to be done at the clinic.
Is a root canal painful?
The treatment is done under local anaesthetic, and most patients find it no worse than having a filling. The pain people associate with root canals is usually the infection beforehand, which is exactly what the treatment removes.
How much will my treatment cost?
It depends on the tooth and what is actually needed, so we examine first and then give you the cost before starting. You will not be committed to anything until you have been told the price.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We see children for check-ups, cleaning, fillings and preventive care.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call us on +91 91308 40839 during clinic hours. Severe pain, swelling, bleeding that will not stop, or a tooth knocked out should be treated the same day — do not wait for it to settle. If a permanent tooth has come out, keep it in milk and bring it with you.
Are you open on Sunday?
No, the clinic is closed on Sunday. We are open Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Not sure which treatment you need?
Send us a message describing the problem — that is what the online consult is for.
